Based at Wern Farm, which is part of the beautiful Mostyn Estate, Mostyn Farm Ride and Cross Country
winds its way through rolling farmland and leafy woodland tracks.
Over 9 kilometres, the ride can be enjoyed as a quiet off road hack with stunning
views. If you want a more exhilarating ride, we have over 50 professionally constructed
cross country fences, most of which have been specifically designed with training
in mind, and include ditches, trakehners, water, banks, drops, steps, skinnies and
a road crossing, but all of which are optional. For those who do want to tackle
them, there are two, often three degrees of difficulty to choose from.
The training Cross Country fences are sited within easy distance of one another,
making this an ideal venue for clinics and cross country schooling.

Our Farm Ride jumps and Cross Country course are designed and built by Dominic Lawrence.
Trained and accredited by British Eventing, he boasts extensive experience in the
sport, and we are delighted that Mostyn Farm Ride and Cross Country include the
first examples of his work in North Wales.
Facilities at Mostyn Farm Ride and Cross Country include a wash off area, hot drinks
and snacks, and for larger bookings more extensive catering can be provided.
We also have a newly constructed internal stabling unit for those riders who may
want to make a weekend of it and stay overnight!
